The two charged with selling alcoholic beverages to an underage individual (a Class A misdemeanor) are:

Courtney A. Heiser, 20, of North East, employed at Cumberland Farms on Main Street in the village of Millerton. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of North East Court on Oct. 30.

Syed H. Raza, 59, of Dover, employed at the Gulf station on Route 22 in the Town of Dover. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Dover Court on Nov. 1.

Eight establishments were found to be in compliance.
